- Refund Policy : Due to the nature of digital/web services, all payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. Refunds will only be considered if the project has not been started or in cases of non-delivery from our end.
- Intellectual Property : All content, designs, and code created by Web Digital Bazaar remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, rights may be transferred to the client as per the agreement. You must not use, reproduce, or distribute any material from our website without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability : We strive to deliver the best results; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from digital/web services. Web Digital Bazaar will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- General Policy : Due to the nature of digital and web-based services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incomplete information, or lack of cooperation from the client’s side.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- If the service has not been started after payment.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service as per the initial agreement.
- If there has been a duplicate transaction due to a technical error.
